PACKING
For the products of farms Top Harvest and Credible Blooms we use reliable and economical Ultraflo boxes with the dimensions 100 * 53 * 25 cms.
Approximate weight of the box is as below:
• Single headed roses Credible Blooms - 18 kgs
• Spray roses Top Harvest - 22 kgs
Other farms send their flowers in their own branded boxes. You can inquire from our staff for their sizes and approximate weights.

DELIVERY
Flowers are delivered to Nairobi airport in modern refrigerator trucks with the constant temperature control.
After that the cargo is loaded on avia pallets and delivered to Amsterdam or any other city of destination. In Amsterdam IP Handlers pass the customs transit and transfer cargo on the trucks according to your instructions.
Shipments from Nairobi depart on fixed days: Wednesday and Sunday.
For the preliminary calculation of the cost of delivery to Amsterdam please contact our staff. Please note that the transport rate may change depending on the season and the prices for fuel on the global market.
Quality and quantity claims for the supplied flowers are accepted within 24 hours upon receipt of them by the client. Complaints sent after the specified of period time will not be considered.
Properly rectified claim should contain:
1. Photos that fully reflect the problem
- If the problem is with the length of the stem or bud size please send a photo with a ruler;
- The problem of shortage - photos of all boxes on one picture accompanied by a document from your transport company confirming the number of boxes you received;
- Quality problem - a clear picture of the bunches of poor quality flowers as well as photos of all the flowers of inadequate quality (on one photo).
